Story Behind the Curve
OOI staff meet regularly with their assigned OUs to help facilitate discussions around their strategic goals and performance measures. Most OUs meet with OOI at least once per month, but at a minimum of once per quarter. However, this isn't always the case as a result of several factors such as schedule, availability, and responsiveness. We have a goal to reach 100% of OUs and we will continue to push to meet this target each quarter.
