Story Behind the Curve
Housing stability is crucial to ending the HIV epidemic. NKY Health provides housing assistance to eligible clients with an HIV/AIDS diagnosis. Maintaining housing stability helps maintain and/or achieve viral suppression. Data shows household members benefiting from housing assistance.
Partners
NKY Health receives funding through Strategies to End Homelessness (HOPWA program), Ryan White Part B, and AIDS Volunteer of Northern Kentucky. NKY Health provides referrals to community partners such as Section 8, food pantries, unemployment offices, mental health and behavioral services, etc.
