Educators at participating playworks schools actively recruit students into the junior coaching role who exhibit strong leadership, academic and responsibility skills. Students who earn this role must maintain their grades while participating in the program. Overall, the junior coaching program teaches students valubale skills they can not only use in the classroom but also at home and throughout their life.
