The goal is to grow staff participation in DPH's quarterly All Staff Town Halls. The average time attendees stayed on the April 2024 Town Hall was 44 minutes of a 1 hour meeting.
The pulse survey going out as part of the FPHS survey will be helpful to gauge engagement as well.
