Story Behind the Curve

In the cohort completed in 2024, there were numerous factors that contributed to the decline in  participants meeting their physical activity goals. Such factors included physical challenges or limitations, minimal motivation, and some participants simply did not enjoy being active. Access to physical activity facilities (indoor and outdoor) has not typically been an issue for participants. Participants in the most recent cohort were more committed to meeting their physical activity goals.
