Story Behind the Curve

In 2024, the USDA Food Research Atlas was shared on the FCPH Data Hub. This map shows food deserts based on neighborhood income and access developed by the US Department of Agriculture Economic Research Service.

 

Franklin County Public Health and Franklin County Jobs and Family Services met on 3.12.2025 to provide updates with the group.  As apart of next steps the FCPH Epi team created a document outlining the SDOH for Food and Nutrition in Franklin County.  This document was sent out to partner on 4.25.2025 to provide feedback.  

 

June 2025- The document outlining the SDOH for Food and Nutrition in Franklin County has been completed and uploaded for partnership access. This document will be also shared at the Health Works Franklin County meeting on June 25,2025.
