This is based on the Guarding Minds at Work Survey. It includes questions such as "Does your job threaten your psychological safety?"

Story Behind the Curve

Guarding Minds at work is a resource designed to assess and manage psychological health and safety at work. Guarding Minds at Work helps employers identify and measure employee experience with psychosocial factors and hazards that may impact workers and the workplace. CQi chose to focus on the areas that will have the biggest impact on the work we perform. The measure includes the question, “Does your job threaten your psychological safety?”. While the ideal target is 0%, we have made a slight improvement over the last year in employees reporting that their work threatens their psychological health.  The department implemented the hybrid work initiative in April of 2024 which requires employees to work in the office at least 2 days per week.
