Instructions
Enter your data values follow these steps.
1. To Enter your Total Data Values and Targets click on the Edit Button above and to the left of the Instructions and then click Data.
2. Click on the Past "+" to open the correct Time Period.
3. Enter your Actual Value and Target Value
4. Click Save.
5. To enter your disaggreagated data values scroll down and Click "Edit All Dissagregated Data.
6. Click Edit to enter the data for each of your disaggreagagted data and then click the Save Icon to save your data. Note: we added a new disaggreagated measure, "Unknown/Suppressed". You can use this measures to include the total number of indiviuals with an unknown Race/Ethnicity and/or for the total number individuals in suppressed Race/Ethnicty categories.
7. Click your Back Arrow to return to your scorecard.
