This graph tracks the total infectious diseases within the Delaware Public Health District jurisdiction. The diseases with the highest 5 year average are broken out with all others under the category (all other infectious diseases). These seperate parts add up to the total.

*Data represents disease reports meeting case classification status and does not represent all investigations. The graph is designed to give a snapshot of each month. Each month is calculated by the 15th of the subsequent month as it exists at that time. Any changes to data from previous months may not be captured in updates.
**Not all diseases are individually separated prior to January 2024 and are grouped into an "all other" category.
***Because of the variability in reporting, individual COVID-19 cases were not reported in this chart. Starting October of 2025, COVID-19 hospitalizations were added to mirror Ohio's new reportable conditions.
****Target value based on 5 year average that excludes 2020 & 2021.
*****Starting January 2026, all information will be based on date reported to local health district, a change from the previous event date used for tracking purposes. Data for 2025 has been changed to reflect this.
