People with at least one day enrolled in street outreach, emergency shelter, safe haven, or transitional housing programs in local Continuum of Care Homeless Management Information Systems (HMIS) during the time period. This data includes programs receiving funding from any source who were participating in HMIS.
The data does not include people who only accessed drop-in centers, homeless prevention programs, or permanent housing programs.
The data does not include people staying in domestic violence shelters or privately funded shelters who do not participate in HMIS.
Since 2018, Baltimore County's data has included a street outreach project that provides services to individuals at BWI. Not all individuals are Baltimore County residents. They are exclusively single adult or couple households, no families with children
