Measure Definition
This measure is pulled from data in the Office of Licensing system. It is the percentage of how many noncompliances were rated as high or extreme risk.
Story Behind the Curve
We are meeting our goal. Less than 10% of the issues we find are high-risk. This is good news, but we want to do even better. In the second half of 2026, we will start looking at this more closely by categories of facilities. This will help us see if one group is having more trouble than others so we can provide the specific support they need to stay safe and compliant.
