Definition

Percent with increased confidence = Number of individuals who demonstrated improvement in at least one confidence score between pre- and post-surveys / Number of individuals who completed the training and submitted a complete survey
Description
We intend to track not only the presence of available mental health first aid trainings, but also the effectiveness of said trainings in terms of improving self-reported knowledge and confidence surrounding suicide and mental health crisis mitigation.
A pre- and post-training survey is administered during each mental health first aid training session to quantify the self-reported confidence in identifying/responding to mental health concerns. This survey is adapted from the QPR Institute's pre-/post-training survey and administered to QPR or Mental Health First Aid training participants.
