Story Behind the Curve
Towards the end of FY20, the pandemic impacted the number of hours of care we were able to provide. Following that period, you can see a steady increase in hours of care delivered post-pandemic.
In FY21, we transitioned to a new medical record system. During this switch, not all programs continued entering data into the new system, as some were required to use other mandated programs for data entry instead.
