We have successfully turned the curve on our website's usability, jumping from 31% to 49% optimization in just one month. By hitting this mark, we’ve moved closer to our 50% target and significantly improved the "Is anyone better off?" factor for our users.
Our goal is simple: ensure that every person—regardless of ability—can navigate our licensing process without friction. We are continuing this momentum to close the remaining gap and eliminate the digital divide.
