# Screened That Were Accepted and Enrolled Definition: The number of individuals who, after being screened, were found eligible, and agreed to participate in Adult Recovery Court during the reporting period. This includes individuals who formally consented or enrolled.  This excludes individuals who were eligible but declined participation or have not yet entered their plea.

Even if accepted, individuals cannot be enrolled until they make their plea in criminal court.

Enrollment in recovery court happens once their plea has been entered.
