FY21: Due to COVID, WCPS has moved to virtual learning and the vendor has been doing telehealth with the students. They did not distribute Satisfacation Surveys, linked to this questions, due to not having the means to complete the survey online or having a successful way to return them. 

FY20: Due to COVID and WCPS moving to distance learning the vendor switched to telehealth.  They did not distribute the Satisfaction Surveys, linked to this questions, due to not having the means to complete online and successful return the surveys.
