Restricting Factors:
- Some leadership group members do not have a direct connection to the current issue
- Lack of diversity from affected communities involved on Leadership Group
- Covid made it difficult to meet in person and stay engaged
- Workgroups have not been as active and workgroup member participation has been low
- Lack of clarity on leadership within workgroups and their intended expectations/outcomes
- Some members contribute time and money, but not equally

- Discussion and documentation between Non-Profit Montgomery and MMF regarding the role and function of the backbone organization
- Set clear expectations for both MMF staff and leadership group members
- Establish better orientation and guidelines - how to be a collective impact ambassador as a leadership group member
- Data and communication investment and support of the backbone
- Be more clear on annual expectations of Leadership Group members and have a one on one annual meeting (by phone) with each to check in on their involvement
- Smaller group check-ins annually and/or ongoing training on different topics. Perhaps a retreat.
