Data Discussion
For FY22: This goal was not met by the program within 10%. Issues surrounding this measure include:
- Staffing shortages resulting in some families not being served in HFGC and instead were referred to EHS home based services. This was due to no capacity on caseloads to serve additional families.
- When families served are lower, it also lowers the number of children served. The two measures lower than 10% correspond with each other.
- HFA National Office discourages programs from keeping wait lists.
- At the close of FY22, 100% of home visitor caseloads are above the target of 24 points for an FTE of 1.0 and above 12 points for an FTE of .50 100% of caseloads are between 24 and 30 points. This is prorated for part-time staff.
- The program has a home visitor joining the program July 20, 2022.
