FY2023: While the total number of clients on supervision is lower than in previous years, the actual success rate when considering the number of clients who successfully completed probation supervision when compared with the total number of clients that completed probation supervision remains strong at 87.2%. (7/14/23, SS)
FY2021: The total number of clients on supervision was lesser due to the COVID-19 pandemic. This in turn created fewer case close-outs. Though the actual number of successful completions was lower, the actual success rate when considering total number of clients remains strong at 84%.
