Story Behind the Curve
In FY2019-2020, a number of programs were unable to conduct their typical annual survey (ex/Boys & Girls Club) or had to cancel their programs entirely (All Aboard) due to the coronavirus pandemic. This resulted in calculation "vagaries" on this performance measure. - AM
