The inception of the WE3 program took longer than planned. Enrollment goals were not met for FY2018. Extensive outreach efforts with partners and organizations that serve youth commenced in order to reach enrollment goals for the upcoming fiscal year. Additionally, follow through with potential participants is difficult, despite efforts of multiple attempts at contacting them. One on One contact with workplace readiness worker is more effective.
