FY20

There were two factors, which contributed to the decrease in the numbers of participants meeting this goal. Factors included staff turnover that occurred during both reporting periods and the onset and continuation of COVID19.

Unduplicated count from internal records of caregivers or formerly incarcerated females at the detention center creating goal plans and receiving one-on-one coaching.  Reported by agency quarterly and aggregated at half fiscal year for scorecard.
