FY21
Parenting from Afar (PFA) classes started at the beginning of HY2. Due to social distancing mandates, the Frederick County Detention Center did not allow PFA facilitators’ access to the facility. A new location needed to be secured. Said delay contributed to a lower a number of participants responding to the survey.
FY20
The FY20 percentage for this goal is 7% lower compared to FY19. This lower percentage is a result of the cancellation of the Parenting from Afar classes at the Detention Center. For the second half year, parenting classes at the Detention Center ended before surveys were conducted.
