The current plan is to return to in-person contact with youth and families.
Data Discussion
Due to COVID-19 restrictions, face-to-face meetings were not possible during FY21. In-person contact was not an option during much of the year and TCPS policy does not allow an individual staff member to meet with a student virtually via Zoom and other platforms. While the Reengagement Coordinator established other routes for communication, the lack of personal contact may have adversely impacted participant satisfaction.
