Story Behind the Curve
The Parents as Teachers model does not require participants to enroll prenatally. In FY 19, only 2 moms enrolled during the 1st or 2nd trimester and only 1 mom enrolled in the 3rd trimester. All other participants enrolled postnatally.The two mothers that enrolled during the 1st or 2nd trimester did not give birth to babies wieighing 2500grams or greater.
