FY21: Due to the closures and physical distancing guidelines put in place during March 2020, program operations changed and moved to fully virtual.
Groups are available to all families with children ages 5-17. The families who are not participating in groups usually have children who are under the age of 5 or some older teens choose not to participate.

FY23: The families who are not participating in groups usually have children who are under the age of 5 or older teens, who choose not to participate. Other services are provided for these families such as : - Home Visits; Phone funding; Mentoring one-on-one; Referrals to other community resources or programs; Transportation to basic needs appointments; School advocacy; Functional Family Therapy; and/or Mental Health services.
Measurement Tool Used
Attendance is collected when children attend the support group.
