Story Behind the Curve

For HFY1 23:  This measure made a substantial jump in FY23 due to a focus on community resources and Pathway Planning for families who utilize the bus.  The number of referrals calculated is based on the number of LBTC participants that engaged partner vendors at LBTC events.

Action Plan

For FY21:  Because of COVID-19 restrictions, direct contact with families was limited and Pathway Planning assessments proved difficult.  A plan has been created to complete a number of Pathway Plans each quarter starting in May when the bus returns for in-person programming.  The Learning Beyond the Classroom team is working to develop a schedule for more regular disbursement of needs assessments, administering the Life Scale Progression, and increasing opportunities for discussion about education and career goals.
