The annual target for families that do not disengage from the program is 85%. Zero of 44 families that started the program disengaged during FY21.  A total of 23 unduplicated families successfully completed the program during HFY1 of FY21, and 21 families transitioned into FY22.

The annual target for families that do not disengage from the program is 85%.  Of the 44 families that participated in the program during FY21, zero families disengaged from the program.  A total of 23 families successfully completed the program during HFY1 of FY21, and 21 families transitioned into FY22.

 

Definition:  A family participating in the FSI program is considered “disengaged” when the family discontinues services before the formal end of the program. The family may or may not have achieved identified program outcomes. Reasons for family disengagement commonly include moving from the community, referral to another program, and non-compliance with program participation requirements.
