FY19 Total: Technically, all meetings would have been 100% attended.  In the first half of the year, the parent arrived but the secretary at the front desk was not familiar with the Local Care Team utilizing their conference room and sent the parent away.  After discovering what had happened, the parent was too frustrated to continue and refused another meeting.  The situation with the staff at the health department has been resolved.  In the second half of the year, the parent was not invited since the child was in custody of DSS.  However the caseworker was present.
