Our policy reccomends partners send a proxy if they are unale to attend. Several partners like the Core
Service Agencies and the Developmental Disabilities Administration cover the Mid-Shore Region or the entire Eastern Shore Region which impacts their attendance, especially if it is an emergency meeting.
