Somerset County is a small rural county whose population is lower in number than other counties in the state. As such, many LCT client referrals are able to be served by local agencies and programs instead of being sent out of the area or out of state for treatment

Open communication between team members via email, phone calls, and text messaging ensured success for clear and concise communicatin and knowledge sharing, in regards to case management for clients and families. Many families appreciate the ability to text message the LCT Coordinator due to the lack fo cell phone signal and high-speed internet availability in the Somerset County area. HIPAA regulations are also adhered to when communicating about families. LCT Meetings are held twice a month through Google Meet.
