Story Behind the Curve
FY20: Open communication between team members via e-mail, phone calls, and text messaging ensured success for clear and concise communication and knowledge sharing, in regards to case management for clients and families. Many families appreciate the ability to text message the LCT Coordinator due to the lack of cell phone signal and high-speed internet availability in the Somerset County area. HIPAA regulations are also adhered to when communicating about families. LCT Meetings are held twice a month through Google Meet.
FY18: There were no cases referred for out-of-state placement in HFY2 18.
