When the Family Navigator for Catholic Charities accepted the position of the Baltimore County Local Care Team Coordinator, Catholic Charities decided to terminate its’ contract with Baltimore County to deliver family navigation services.  Service delivery ceased approximately February 1, 2022.  The MD Coalition for Families (MCF) assumed the family navigator role as a part of its’ contract with the MD Behavioral Health Administration.

Families are surveyed to determine success in receiving needed services or supports.  Families may be referred for needed services or supports, but may not receive these services due to wait lists and funding limitations. A total of 33 out of 41, or 80% of families served reported success in receiving needed services or suppourts.
