What does it measure?
The number of households on the By Name List offers another way of understanding the scale of homelessness in Alameda County and engagement with Coordinated Entry.
How does it measure?
Households that have completed the coordinated entry access packet and had the data entered into Clarity will appear on the county-wide By Name List in order of vulnerability. This measure is a point in time count of the households on the list.
This measure is reported quarterly.
