Point-in-time quarterly counts are provided using available data from the last day (or closest to the last day) of each quarter, consistent with the methodology established in FY23, which also excludes absconders from counts (e.g., point-in-time counts are for 09/30/2023 for Q1, 12/31/2023 for Q2, 03/31/2024 for Q3, and 06/30/2024 for Q4).

For FY24 (July 2023 - June 2024), the number of supervised individuals with a furlough status steadily decreased with an average of 215 supervised individuals per quarter. Individuals supervised on probation constituted 5.4% of the FY24 population under community supervision. 

This downward trajectory continues throughout FY24, with each quarter seeing an decrease from its predecessor. The drop between Q1 and Q4 in FY24 is 19.1%, indicating a sustained downward trend.
