For FY23 (July 2022-June 2023), the number of patients prescribed medications remained consistent throughout the year. In FY23, there were an average of 1,117 patients prescribed medications across all in-state correctional facilities. Consistent with previous years, this average represents 92.0% of the average total in-state incarcerated population in FY23.

The DOC partners with a Health Services Contractor to perform the work indicated on this performance measure. Currently, the health services data are provided through the Electronic Health Record (EHR) Correctek.
