Story Behind the Curve
FY20-21: Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic and quarantine, there were fewer arrests during this period which created fewer clients sentenced to probation. There was also a delay in all court hearings during the quarantine so this created a large time lag for cases to be adjudicated and put on probation during this period.
Numbers may be low for 2019 data...only 6 months of surveys collected for year, one full time PO did not complete their surveys before going on extended leave

Added Client ID numbers to all surveys...easier to check what surveys have and have not been collected moving into FY 20-21. Will also be able to report a full year of data moving forward.
