The percentage for this performance measure trended in the right direction because of the increased participation by this target population of formerly incarcerated parents residing at Gale House. Residents of Gale House have a required stay at the facility of several months; as a result, participation is consistent compared to the Detention Center.
FY20
The percentage of participants are lower because classes at the Detention Center were cancelled in mid-February.
