Story Behind the Curve
FY21: The CCFN Coordinator worked closely with Southern Maryland Community Network (SMCN) to build program capacity and to promote the program. CCFN in partnership with SMCN developed an outreach and promotion plan for the program and monitored outcomes on a weekly basis. COVID19 restrictions have reduced program referrals and outreach/recruitment efforts. The CCFN continues to provide technical assistance to the vendor to reverse this trend.
