Story Behind the Curve
The Teen Court Diversion Program had a slight increase in the number of youth who did not re-offend within 12 months of completing the Teen Court Process. In FY21, there were 2 re-offenders within 12 months of completing the Teen Court Process.

The partners that participated this year with the Teen Court Program are: Law enforcement and Caroline County Circuit Court.
What Works
There were no youth in FY 22 that re-offended within 12 months of completing the Teen Court Process which shows a low recidivism rate.
Data Discussion
No youth have been out of the program for 6 months have reoffended.
HFY2-No youth that have been out of the program have re-offended within 12 months.
