Story Behind the Curve
For FY22, No youth were placed in the Youth Employment Initiative program in FY22. The Garrett County Local Management Board made the decision not to fund the program in FY23.
For HFY1 22, The ongoing COVID-19 pandemic has been challenging for the YEI program. Outreach will continue to area business and the two local high schools in hopes of recruiting two disconnected youth for the program.

Data Discussion
For HFY1 20, the scorecard was changed to reflect data collected through the course of the year not just annually. As a result, data from previous years is not reflected here but saved. This particular measure, however, is still collected annually at the end of the program.
