While most of the content for The Champion comes from Hepatitis NSW project staff, we also source content from community partnerships.
What Works
There are always a number of new subscriptions added each month (but this can be offset by people unsubscribing or, more commonly, dead email addresses which are auto removed by MailChimp).
Following some growth the number of copies distributed/subscribers has now stabilised around the 4,000 mark. There is always a small but steady number of "opt in" subscriptions which has been counter the dead emails/hard bounces and some unsubscribes.
Action Plan
Promoting engagement with Hepatitis NSW, and promoting the "subscribe to The Champion" tools on our website and email footers.
