FY14 - of the 52 clients who were discharged, 8 (15.4%) were improved, 34 (65.4%) were unchanged, and 10 (19.23%) were worse. This number was pulled from HC reports, discharge summary, using the leave history tab and omitting all responses except for discharges from the agency (episodes) that were rated as "improved", "unchanged", or "worse".

FY15 - of the 96 clients who were discharged, 26 (27%) were improved, 36 (38%) were unchanged, and 11 (11%) were worse. 23 Clients were rated as "undetermined".

FY16 - of the 82 clients who were discharged, 18 (21.95%) were improved, 28 (34.15%) were unchanged, and 18 (29.95%) were worse. 16 Clients were rated as "undetermined".
