This data is collected using the Jersey Opinions and Lifestyle Survey (JOLS), which surveys a representative sample of adults in Jersey. Participants are asked whether the cost of different health services, including GP appointments, stops them from going and can answer no; yes - sometimes; yes - often; or, don't know.
In 2022, 41% of respondents indicated that the cost of GP appointments in Jersey stopped them from going sometimes (27%) or often (14%).
