What is this about?
The United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child (UNCRC) is the most complete statement of children’s rights ever produced and is the most widely-ratified international human rights treaty in history. Jersey ratified the UNCRC in 2014. Article 42 requires Governments to actively work to make sure children and adults know about the UNCRC. This indicator was proposed in the Island's Children's Plan 2019-23. It monitors progress in raising awareness amongst children aged 7 to 11.
