What Works

This goal is nearly complete. Because steps are weighted equally and some were added, but not completed, it appears that we went backward. This goal will be carried over to 2021.

Action Plan

The process for development of a new hire onboarding and training policy at Canton City Public Health (CCPH) will be acommlished by drafting an outline of the policy, collaborating with the department's Workforce Development Team (WDT) and Division Leadership Team (DLT) to update and complete a draft and then gaining final approval from the DLT. After approval, the final policy will be presented to CCPH staff and used to complete the onboarding and training process for all new hires.
