Story Behind the Curve
Social media posts did go down due to limited staff being able to post. Staff was moved to different areas from covid testing, contact tracing, and the call center. Social media posts were made to update citizens on covid numbers and Medicaid open enrollment information/deadlines.

Social media is a way to get information to the masses. This data showed hundreds of people were able to see the Medicaid information that was posted on the county social media pages.
Action Plan
Important information can be boosted which helps increase the number of individuals viewing the post. We will do more boosted posts as well as look in to other social media platforms that target more Brunswick County individuals.
