CMCA is dedicated to supporting the ideals of diversity, equity, and inclusion.  To this end, we have committed to creating an action plan to guide us on our journey.  This measure tracks the progress of that plan's development.

As a social services non-profit, CMCA staff work directly with families and community members to address the causes and conditions of poverty.  CMCA believes it is important to acknowledge that historically in our communities, people of color, people with disabilities, people who identify as LGBTQ, and other people in marginalized groups have not had equitable opportunities to succeed.  CMCA seeks to support diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts both internally and within our communities.
