Why Is This Important?
As a social services non-profit, CMCA staff work directly with families and community members to address the causes and conditions of poverty. Staff build on their individual personal and professional experiences to form relationships with CMCA members and to support members in achieving self-sufficiency. We feel that it is important that members see themselves in our staff and in our values.
CMCA is committed to diverse hiring practices and internal growth related to diversity, equity, and inclusion. Diverse staff bring unique perspectives and insights to their work that challenge assumptions and spur innovative thinking. We celebrate the unique identities, talents, and strengths of our staff while uniting in our shared mission to end poverty.
