CMCA staff composition reflects the diverse racial composition of our service area. In addition, the majority of CMCA staff are female.
As a social services non-profit, CMCA staff work directly with families and community members to address the causes and conditions of poverty. Staff build on their individual personal and professional experiences to form relationships with CMCA members and to support members in achieving self-sufficiency.
