CMCA endeavors to hold ourselves to the highest levels of accountability in our efforts to empower people, strengthen resilience, and and improve quality of life for all members of the community.  CMCA's data dashboards are one such accountability measure.  Program managers, Community Organizers, and other assigned staff are responsible for entering information regarding the services they provide and their program's progress on assigned strategic plan initiatives.  This measure indicates the percentage of engagement on the Strategic Plan Dashboard.

The Strategic Plan Data Dashboard includes details about CMCA's progress in implementing our agency's strategic plan.  The strategic plan outlines what we will do differently or better to enhance our programs and services in order to improve our impact on individuals, families, and communities.  The data dashboard gives us a way to assign tasks, track progress on strategies, and quantitatively measure our impact.
